- This event is a three day foot race in Ethiopia, 17- 19 February 2010. The event is divided in three daily stages over a total distance of about 120 kms.
- The participation fee is US$1.400/€1.100 and includes:
- Overnight board and lodging the 16 and 19 February 2010
- Overnight shelter 17, 18 February
- Transportation to overnight accomodation and course
- Medical assistance during the race
- Water during the race
- Back-up assistance throughout the race
- Participants are responsible for their own health. The organization is not responsible for any accident that participants might suffer during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own food and supplies which they will carry themselves during the race.
- Minimum age of participants: 18 years old.
- Registration and payment of the participation fee, obligatory.
- Participants should respect the environment, other participants and the local population.
- Any complaints to be made in writing and addressed to the organization within thirty minutes of the finalization of every stage.
- Participants will be supplied with water and shelter to spend the night.
- There will be back-up assistance throughout the race.
- The organization has the right to decide who will be admitted to participate in the race and to modify the rules and regulations at any time.
- The organization is not responsible for any accident that participants might suffer during the event.
- The organization strongly advises participants to take health, accident and death insurance.
- Medical assistance will be provided during the race. The organization has the right to stop any participant from continuing in the race.
- Sponsors: The organization has the right not to allow participant’s sponsors.
- Event schedule:
- 16 February - participants' registration in Addis Ababa and transportation to race location. Overnight board and lodging provided
- 17-19 February - 3-day foot endurance race
- 19 February - Overnight board and lodging provided
- 20 February - transportation to Adis Ababa
- There will be check-points providing assistance along the course. The route will be marked throughout. However, if markers are displaced for whatever reason, the organization is not responsible for any participants losing their way.
- The winner will be the participant who finishes the three accumulated stages in the least time.
- Participants will carry their own equipment. Total weight no more than 15 Kg.
- Participants should provide between 2.000 and 4.000 k/calories per race day, depending on age and weight

- Head lamp, knife, safety pins, compass, whistle, survival blanket, insect repellent.
- The organization owns the rights for all video-photo coverage of the race. Participants agree that the organization has the right to use participants’ names and images in relation to their participation in the event.
